Natural paw treatment

Today’s article will be about healthy dog paws and a great dog paw treatment.

Musher’s Secret

If you have a dog you need to know about Musher’s Secret. It’s a great dog paw treatment. This stuff is the best! Just because there’s snow on the ground doesn’t mean we stop walking our dogs. The salt on the roads and sidewalks can irritate their paws though. We put Musher’s Secret on and off we go for our walks without worry. It’s also great in the summertime to help protect paws from hot pavement. Protect those pooch paws today!  I use this on my dog’s paws when they get dry and cracked, it really works!

Soothe Sore Dog Paws

A limping dog is usually what makes us worry and inspect each leg and paw. Normally, after taking a closer look, we see small cuts and tears or even a cracked pad. Use Musher’s Secret to both soothe sore dog paws and to avoid inflammation. It’s a product that is loved by all mushers! Applied weekly, the Musher’s Secret Paw Protection cream prevents drying, burning, abrasion and cracking with its non-staining and non-allergenic formula. This is a must-have for any active dog.

Paws Do Get Sore

Our fur babies rarely complain and more often than not, they keep on playing despite feeling any sort of discomfort. Sore foot pads are a common side effect of a long day of hiking, walking on hot pavement in the summertime and bouncing through ice and snow in the winter.

My Dog’s Story

My Toy Rat Terrier is ball obsessed! She will play fetch ALL DAY. When she was still a baby, after about a half hour of playing fetch, I noticed little specks of blood on the cement.  I checked her paws and they were raw! I immediately put her ball away and started doing research, including home remedies and products. I tried many things that worked ok, but came across Musher’s Secret and thought I’d give it a try.  WOW does it work!  I could tell she felt better right away after rubbing it on her sore paws.  The next day, they were almost completely healed.  I put it on her paws weekly now and she can play all the fetch she wants with NO sores.  Her paws are soft and smooth and look very healthy.

For The Love of Dogs – Soothe Sore Dog Paws

My dog actually looks forward to getting this put on her paws. It absorbs into her paws very quickly and doesn’t have much, if any odor. Walks on hot pavement aren’t as big a deal anymore. No signs of distress from the dog and when going on long hikes with rocks and pebbles her paws don’t get raw or sore. I highly recommend Musher’s Secret!

  1. It’s so important to find products that work without harming our dogs, because they’re so tiny and sensitive and you’re right, they do play themselves to injury! If only I had that level of enthusiasm about anything in life, right? Thanks for the great recommendation.

  2. I live in Arizona and the pavement gets insanely hot, not just in the summer either. Even after the sun goes down, we have to be careful taking our dog for a walk. I have been looking for some way to treat her paws and Musher’s Secret should do the trick. I am really glad you mentioned hot pavement specifically. Also, it sounds like this is a great little treat for the dog, getting a “foot” massage out of the deal. Thanks for sharing this post, it’s just what I need!

    • Hello Steve, I’ve been to Arizona many times so I know how hot it gets there. The Mushers Secret should work well for your dog. They also make rubber booties that work for hot or cold situations. Let me know how it works out for you. ??
