We love our dogs so much and hate it when they get sick.  Unfortunately, toy dogs can get sick too.  Everything from A to Z.  A lot of them get skin allergies, Patellar Luxation (occurs when the dog’s kneecap “patella” is dislocated from its normal position in the groove of the thigh bone), and the list goes on…

I’ve dealt with just about everything I write about on this site.  My Toy Fox Terrier, Toy Rat Terrier, purebreds and mixed toy breeds have all had some issue or another.  I feel the tiny breed dogs can be more prone to the common health problems we see today in our pups.

When one of my toy breed dogs gets sick, or has any kind of problem, I start researching for the best, natural remedies.  If I feel I can fix them without a vet and all of the toxic medications they want to give, then I will do it (provided it’s not an emergency situation).  Luckily, I have not had an emergency with any of my dogs.

I hope you enjoy the information that I will be providing and please leave any questions or concerns in the comments section.
